INTRODUCTION
Ms. Colley is the owner of Colley Investigations, established 1987 and Due Diligence Inc, established August 2001.  Colley Investigations is a full service business intelligence firm.  Colley offers services ranging from business litigation and intelligence on individuals, companies, or any other kind of entity, to in-depth national background investigations of senior executives.  Due Diligence, a spin off of Colley, was formed to take advantage of an expanding need for quality background research in the business sector.  Due Diligence focuses on more basic and common services that all companies need in this day and age not only to protect themselves from business predators but equally as important, to protect its customers.

BACKGROUND
Lois has been a professional investigator since 1978.  She remains active in all strategic planning and case analysis and personally reviews reports to ensure that the quality of Colley's work product rivals anyone in the business. Lois has a quarter of a century of investigative experience, including five years working for governmental entities and 19 in the private sector.  She is an expert in the area of litigation support and an elected member of the Executive Board of The Council of International Investigators. Colley Investigations has grown into one of the most respected Private Investigation firms in the midwest and Lois has repeatedly proven her expertise and value as litigation support.  She was the chief investigator in the first case involving the introduction of forensic DNA in Ohio.

Her clients include some of the most recognizable law firms and corporations in the U.S.  She has an investigative license in Ohio and South Carolina and is affialoated with other agency owners around the globe who assit her on international investigations.  Lois has presented testimony in federal, state and local courts, as well as the Ohio General Assembly.

Lois has provided consulting services to Lexis-Nexis, the Ohio Department of Health, the Ohio Department of Insurance, the Ohio Public Defender Commission, the Columbus Bar Association, The Guide to Background Investigations, and numerous other media outlets and governmental agencies
