Bill Jackson
US Crime Stop, Inc.

Our New York associate Bill Jackson owned and Operated RSM Security Inc & Excelsior Guards Dogs Inc, a Licensed Security Service and Training School from 1978 to 2000. Bill provided security service of all kinds to Commercial Businesses, State, City and Federal Governments, Education Facilities, etc.

Bill sold the business to a Nationwide Guard service in 2000 and broke off the Public Record end of the business to form DTO, Inc  D/b/a Data-Trac.com, Uscrimesearch.com, Criminalcourtsearch.com, and Datatracgateway.com

While Bill owned RSM Security Inc, since RSM  supplied Uniformed Guard service to the majority of School Districts on Long Island, Bill decided to begin building an automated Background Screening service to better screen the employees that were protecting Long Island's school children. Including the schools his own children went to.

He began the research to determine where all public record databases originated from such as Criminal Records, ID Reports, Civil Records and any other information that would be valuable for background screening. In 1985 his son-in-law who was a computer engineer  completed their first in-house instant screening system, which was used to screen all of their 5000 employees at that time.

The system was very successful, so they started offering - via Instant dialup - access to the system to other guard services as well as the school districts themselves.

The system was continually improved on and eventually offered Nationwide to Private Investigators, Law Enforcement, and Human Resource departments across the nation.

Currently Bill sells and custom designs screening services through the following web sites: Data-trac.com, Uscrimesearch.com, Criminalcourtsearch.com, and Datatracgateway.com
