C. E. "Jack" Kelley, III

Our Nebraska State Operations Director is C. E. “Jack” Kelley, III of C. E. Kelley & Associates.

Jack Kelley retired as a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations in 1990.  During his career he conducted various types of investigations to include counterintelligence, homicide, narcotics and other major criminal cases.  He also conducted security investigations providing protection to federal resources, facilities and personnel.  Additionally, he conducted technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM) surveys, provided personal protection to high-risk personnel and conducted antiterrorist operations in the United States, Europe, the Far East, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Australia.  After his retirement, he was a technical security manager under contract to the Department of Energy for five years.  His office was selected as the outstanding security office within DOE.  In 1995, Kelley established C. E. Kelley & Associates Investigations.  He has provided investigative support to the Kansas Death Penalty Defense Unit, Northeast Kansas Conflict Office, a Kansas Grand Jury, and numerous criminal defense attorneys and corporations in eastern Kansas.

Kelley holds an MBA from Regis University in Accounting & Finance with a second emphasis in International Business.  He is on the Board of Directors of the Kansas Association of Licensed Investigators and a member of the Association of Former OSI Special Agents, American Society for Industrial Security, and Intelnet.
