General
Developed security and asset protection plans to protect from violence and theft-internal and external. Conducted over 200 security surveys and site recommendations for the United States Secret Service and US and international corporations. Specialties include internal theft prevention, the detection and prevention of computer crime, and violence in the workplace.

US Secret Service Special Agent (retired 1989)
Provided site security analysis and personal protection for Presidents and Vice Presidents of the United States, the First Families, Former Presidents, and Candidates for President of the United States, heads of foreign governments including the Vatican, Egypt, Israel, Great Britain, Turkey, Sweden, and others.

Conducted security surveys and developed security policies and procedures for commercial, corporate, and institutional clients including theme parks, banks, manufacturing, retail businesses, distributors and warehouse operations, service companies, public transportation, and others.

United States Olympic Festival  1994
Designed, developed and co-directed security operations in two states, 6 counties, and at 26 sites including stadiums and other athletic venues, parking lots, administrative offices, training sites and residential village. Responsible for the security of over 3000 participants,
250,000 spectators. Staff of 1500+.


Investigative

Conducted thousands of complex investigations for the Federal and local governments and corporations in the following categories: fraud, forgery, false claims, backgrounds, counterfeiting, intelligence, burglary, misrepresentation, auto theft, and numerous others.

Corporate Investigations
Conducted internal theft, fraud and embezzlement, computer and telephone fraud investigations. Involved investigations independent of public law enforcement agencies (Federal and local) but at the same time cooperating with them and monitoring their involvement or providing information to them

U.S. Secret Service
Fraud in: The telecommunication's industry regarding cellular phone and telephone credit cards; credit card fraud; healthcare fraud re: long and short term disability; false representations and false claims; forgery and counterfeiting.

Administrative and field undercover duties for sting and "buy" operations.
Surveillance and electronic eavesdropping assignments.
Multi-agency (federal and local) task force investigations.
Search and arrest warrant applications and executions.
