Mr. Pedersen is a retired 25-year veteran of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms who primarily worked as a criminal investigator in violent crimes, international terrorism and law enforcement internal affairs matters. Mr. Pedersen was an aggressive investigator who initiated hundreds of felony cases during his career.


Mr. Pedersen now operates Pedersen & Associates, a licensed private investigative company in the Washington, D.C. area specializing in employment law matters, security and fraud investigation.


Significant Accomplishments


· Case agent - Edwin Wilson investigation 1980's - former CIA agents working for Libya
· Case agent -  State Department officer's attempted assassination of Saudi national in London
· Case agent -1978 Serbian terrorist's assassination attempt on Presidents Carter and Tito              
· Lecturer on federal law enforcement activities at American University
· Chief Investigator for congressional committee clearing former CIA Director William Casey of involvement with Iranian hostage takers during 1980 presidential election
· Member of  DOJ task force tracing explosives and terrorists from Libya throughout Europe
· Discovered largest documented clandestine shipment of C-4 explosives to terrorists
