The Fairfield Project

Comen International has been involved in the investigation of a business fire where the client was a victim of the Insurance Industry's "Attack First" policy. The client was indicted for setting his business on fire. Comen investigated the fire and determined that the business owner was innocent. When the evidence was presented in court, the Judge issued a Directed Verdict of Acquittal, but the Insurance Company has continued to refuse payment of the claim.

Upon further investigation, it was discovered that in several states the insurance industry exercises improper influence on judicial decisions to prosecute. In one state, we are discovering that the insurance industry subsidizes the judicial system with financial support based on its number of prosecutions.

We are trying to ascertain the scope of "alleged" improper actions by the insurance industry. Facts are coming in to cause us to increase the scope of our inquiry to Workman's Comp and all aspects of the insurance industry.

If you or someone you know has been accused by an Insurance Company of committing a crime of which you are innocent, and have not received damages that are rightfully yours, please contact Comen International.
