California Brad Penny Former Special
Agent of The Office Of Special Investigations, United States Air Force
(USAF), (1957 to 1964). Brad became
the Executive Director of three successive corporations in California.
The Roger Hopkins Corporation, a pipeline coating company, Cal Western
Building Materials and Coastal Roofing Supply Co. Since In 1982,
after forming Penny Investigations, he has conducted corporate
intelligence, counterintelligence and property theft investigations
for Tom Hampson,
Search International, Robert Meinert, Robert E. Meinert &
Associates and Fred Bornhofen, Frederick A. Bornhofen &
Associates. During the 1980s he also conducted many Workers
Compensation Investigations for State Compensation Insurance Company
of California and other insurance companies. Occasionally an
automobile accident investigation or injury investigation would be
required by our insurance company clients. The exposure of fraud,
wrongful termination matters and wrongful death claims were also a
large part of our inquiries at the time. Over the past
ten years,Brad has concentrated on Commercial and Industrial
Intelligence and counter-intelligence matters. We have had successes,
too, with locating assets and witnesses. He successfully concluded an
assets investigation for a collections agency as recently as September
2003. Also, he is currently involved a personal protection case of a
client who is being stalked by a former husband (though we do not
carry firearms), as well as an inquiry concerning U.S. Postal
operations. Brad was a
founding member (#27) of The Association of Former Office Of Special
Investigations, Special Agents (AFOSISA). His last Security Clearance was issued in 1987 when he conducted background investigations for the USAF and the U.S. Treasury Department under the MSM Contract.
