Howard Comen
Chief Executive Officer, Comen International
Detective Howard Comen holds a BA from the University of South Carolina and has been doing investigations for over thirty years. He has conducted missing person and criminal defense as well as high profile investigations of public corruption. Early in his career Comen received a Carnegie Institute grant to improve campus security at such Universities as Yale, Columbia, and Harvard.

In 1989, Comen began the investigation of public corruption in South Carolina. In the mid '90s Comen was retained by the New York Post to investigate the death of Vince Foster, former White House Counsel. Comen recently has been involved in the University of South Carolina investigation of the character on whom F. Scott Fitzgerald based the Great Gatsby. Comen's investigations have been featured by Gerlado Rivera, Bill O-Reilly, The New York Times, The London Sunday Mail, The Toronto Globe and Mail, The Washington Post, Newsday, the Pittsburg Tribune, The Miami Herald, The Buffalo News, CNN, MSNBC, and many other media. Comen is a frequent guest on The Dinershow, a nationally syndicated radio program heard in over 250 markets.


Richard Wellington

Richard Wellington holds a B.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati, and has over thirty years of experience in all aspects of business management. He has developed business interests for the electronics and hardware industries in England, Taiwan and other countries, personally overseeing manufacturing operations in as many as six plants and offices simultaneously.


James J. West, Esq.
Legal Counsel
On January 14, 1985, James was appointed the United States Attorney for the 32 counties comprising the Middle District of Pennsylvania by the District's Federal Judges. He served in that capacity until April, 1993. As United States Attorney, he supervised all civil and criminal litigation involving the United States in both State and Federal Court, and directed the District's 59 employees. Moreover, he remained an active trial and appellate attorney by personally handling the most complex and difficult cases in the District (citations will be provided upon request). He also served as the representative of the United States Attorneys on the National Environmental Council, the Financial Litigation Advisory Committee and the Asset Forfeiture Policy Advisory Committee. On the local level, he chaired the District's Law Enforcement Advisory Committee, served as the Vice-President of the Federal Bar Association and taught a course on trial advocacy as an adjunct professor at the Widener University School of Law.
